Velocity HR is a trading name of Rebian Solicitors, a niche litigation firm, who specialise in representing businesses and regulated professionals.  We have a dedicated, specialist employment and HR team providing advice and representation to clients across England and Wales.  Our award nominated employment team have extensive experience of claims within the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Court of Appeal and most recently the Supreme Court.

As well as acting for a number of large institutional clients, our employment teams’ focus is on the provision of HR advice to a range of SMEs, partnerships and companies across different sectors on all aspects of employment and HR law and procedure.

Whilst our employment team are experienced legal experts in their field, at Velocity HR our focus is on advising your business on how best to avoid disputes with employees; working on the basis that ‘prevention is better than a cure’.

The team is headed by Rebecca Townsend, a Partner in the firm with extensive experience in advising and representing businesses.  She has extensive experience not only as a Senior Solicitor but also the owner of a number of businesses.  Rebecca’s commercial experience is reflected in her teams’ approach to providing HR advice.
